Both were founded by Dr. Cinnamon Bell-Williams and share a commitment to serving vulnerable communities. Where mission-aligned services offered by the LLC may benefit Foundation clients, any such arrangement is conducted at fair market value, fully disclosed, and in strict compliance with IRS 501(c)(3) regulations and conflict-of-interest policies. The Foundation's nonprofit integrity and tax-exempt status remain fully independent.
