S.P.I.C.E Foundation, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit whose name reflects the core pillars of our work and our calling.

The S.P.I.C.E Foundation prioritizes research and knowledge dissemination as core components of its mission, producing insights and publications that inform practice, policy, and community-based solutions.

The S.P.I.C.E. Foundation is affiliated with Supporting People in Compromised Environments, LLC but operates independently as a nonprofit entity. It does not offer consulting services and is focused on research, community impact, and future grantmaking efforts.

Dr. Cinnamon Bell-Williams is the Founder and President of the S.P.I.C.E. Foundation, Inc., a mission-driven organization grounded in advancing Supporting Progress, Innovation, Community, and Equity. Guided by a commitment to service and faith, the Foundation reflects her belief that meaningful change requires both compassion and intentional action to create sustainable outcomes for communities.

Her work within the Foundation is rooted in advocacy, with a focus on elevating the needs of individuals and communities that have historically experienced systemic barriers or limited access to opportunity. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience across education, healthcare, and organizational leadership, informing the Foundation's research focus, community engagement, and long-term vision.

As part of her continued commitment to advancing equitable systems, Dr. Bell-Williams is pursuing legal training to further support efforts that promote fairness, access, and structural change. Through the S.P.I.C.E. Foundation, she is building a platform centered on research, collaboration, and future initiatives designed to strengthen communities and support mission-aligned organizations.

S.P.I.C.E. Foundation, Inc. and Supporting People in Compromised Environments, LLC are separate legal entities with distinct governance, finances, and purposes. Both were founded by Dr. Cinnamon Bell-Williams and share a commitment to serving vulnerable communities. Where mission-aligned services offered by the LLC may benefit Foundation clients, any such arrangement is conducted at fair market value, fully disclosed, and in strict compliance with IRS 501(c)(3) regulations and conflict-of-interest policies. The Foundation's nonprofit integrity and tax-exempt status remain fully independent.
